Reproduction of the alveolar ridge ensures the correct placement of the teeth as the contour is still easily identified even after the wax template has been applied. The right application The loop-shaped end of the profile compass is placed on and moved along the alveolar ridge. Hereby, the pencil draws the alveolar ridge profile in parallel on the model base. If it is greater than 22.5 degrees, consider whether to row 7 or reduce the occlusion of 72.
